People living in today's Tamil Nadu are not known to have migrated from anywhere. Definitely not from Turkey.
Some Turkish invaders did come to India and occupied parts of North India. But there is no evidence of any large scale migration of people from anywhere in Central Asia to Southern India.

Tamil is not a people. Its a language spoken in Tamil Nadu, a state in Southern India. Tamil is also spoken in some parts of Sri lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and other parts of South East Asia. People living in today's Tamil Nadu are not known to have migrated from anywhere. Definitely not from Turkey.
