You can choose not to show the related groups, and then just add your own list of related groups in a different section of the Group you manage.

How can one control "related groups" in Facebook Groups?
I am admin of a Facebook group. For some reason facebook is listing a number of groups as "related groups" that I find offensive. What can I do to control, change, etc the related groups?

That got rid of the obnoxious list. Thanks! But I'm not clear on adding others.

So the problem is that too many members in my group (a group for my home town) belong to offensive groups. I guess that's no big surprise. That'll be hard to fix.
