about How to Become a Film Critic
so i should google websites that are looking for film reviews? after i find one should i just submit my review and just hope for the best?

To become a film critic, you should probably go onto a website that you are interested in working for and hunt down their "careers" "jobs "about us" etc section. See what qualifications are needed to become a writer there, then get those qualifications.
