So I definently have carpal tunnel. Anyone know where i can find a stress ball?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Unless a good physical therapist told you to use the stress ball, I'd stay away from it. If your problem was the result of mouse and keyboard use, a stress ball will only fatigue those same muscles, tendons and nerves even more. Stretches will likely serve you much better than doing more of the same squeezing and gripping motion that is injuring you.

I answered a previous carpal tunnel question in great detail over here, and it might be of help to you:
