Where can I buy strong circular packaging-sealing tape stickers to seal a product?

I see these all the time on packages in stores, about 1.5-inch diameter clear tape circles, strong tape like you would use for packaging tape. I have seen some flimsy 1-inch diameter tape-stickers at office supply stores, they break apart very easily, that's not what I'm looking for. These are like packaging tape cut cleanly into circles.

I have actually looked for this once before for an office job I had.

This site sells exactly what you asked for: 1.5" clear sticker tabs, they claim they have the largest selection of circular labels online.
