In chap 6-3, in offline coop mode, fires dont seem to effect wesker n sheva falls into the lava anyways. need help

in chap 6-3, in offline coop mode, when chris is firing on wesker from island n sheva is on the top on collaspsing bridge, fire doesnt seem to effect wesker n sheva falls into lava anyways . we r trying this chap for last two days n seems like we r getting bored of the fact that even when we hit wesker on right spot , sheva tends to fall into the lava , n we cant get through. we have seen the vedio for non coop n that seems easier n quicker than coop. is there anything we can do to complete this part?

In coop mode, Chris needs to pound Wesker with an accurate gun that does decent damage. Often, people will fire at Wesker with a machine gun, but due to the weapons kick back and Chris's distance to Wesker, not many rounds actually hit. Just keep shooting him and you will see Wesker writhe in pain if you are actualy hitting him and then turn his attention to Chris.

Who ever is playing Sheva just needs to pound the QTE button as fast as they possibly can. If you let off the button even for a split second, Sheva will fall. If Chris can hold Wesker off long enough and Sheva can hit the QTE fast enough, she will eventually pull herself up and you can move on.
