I voted "No Best Answer" because it seemed to me the question was about finding contact info for Lil Kim as much as a request for suggestions on how to handle the transaction. Also, I don't see the point in copyrighting the contract itself, though it would of course be best that the brand name of the fashion line be trademarked and any unique features of the garments be patented, assuming @ulises007 owns the rights to such things.

Ditto on "No Best Answer," but primarily because I found the answer to be too vague to be useful. What does the phrase, "it can be copyrighted," refer to: the contract/proposal? the process, etc., featured in the contract/proposal? For future reference, using reflexive pronouns such as "it" and "they" can be confusing when there is more than one possibility. It's better to call the thing by name, rather than to leave mis/interpretation to the reader.
