W-9.. I know it is needed here with second payout.

I write for other web sites, so I have a w9 on my pc. Any chance of sending in a copy of that?

It's probably fine. You can send an email to contact@mahalo.com to confirm. I just submitted mine last week, and it was the typical W9 that you would find on the IRS website, so your form is probably fine.
