Here's the specific amounts in the stimulus bill set aside for businesses:

Business total $870,000,000
Rural Business - Cooperative Service: rural business program account $150,000,000
Small Business Administration salaries and expenses, microloan program and improvements to technology systems $69,000,000
Surety bond guarantees revolving fund $15,000,000
Small business loans $636,000,000

From my understanding, this is above and beyond any amounts that have previously been awarded or expected for the future.

The new bill does allow for larger up front deductions for small businesses, but there is nothing to expand the SBA loan program beyond what the 2008 stimulus bill already did.
