What is the advantage of a D300 over a D90?

I have a D90 but am thinking of trading up.

To be honest, the D90 is a very good camera, and from this comparison site, it looks like you will only appreciate the upgrade if you are a real power user. Things like advanced flash techniques, greater flexibility with customization, faster shutter speeds, etc. are really geared towards high end photographers.

If you fit into this category and you need those upgrades, then this would be a useful bump up. But if you don't see yourself really needing all those extra capabilities, then you're probably fine where you are.
