Bought slippers from Sears, it fell apart and are one month old. If I don't have the bill, can I still ret
I had a pair of balarina slippers from your wish book I got them for christmas they are only one month old they are leather they had beads sewn on them first the beads fell off then the slippers fell apart where the beads were sewn on and the souls are also comiong off

I know the return policy if you want to change something or get a refund but what is the policy if something fall apart they were a gift and I have no bill they are only a month old
