I live in Las Vegas and, though I am not religious about it, I use spf Oil of Olay during the day and generic lotion without lanolin (my allergy) after cleansing at night and have been guessed at in my late twenties (I am 37). The spf is really important on your face no matter where you live, however! I am admittedly digressing, since the question was about night creams, but why bother if you are not caring for your skin during the day, too?

Night cream, is it good for you? Do you use it, why or why not?
Look at this link: http://bit.ly/4C3G
It links to a night cream product. Should we be using this every night?

Actually I do. I look very young for my age. I also have facials, and live in a mild climate- but I am satisfied with how my skin looks and feels.

I wish I could cite a source but, from my own experience and advice from others, use ANY moisturizer as often as possible, after a thorough but not rough cleansing. Unless you have particular allergies or sensitivities, use a lotion or moisturizer that fits your budget and that has a texture and scent (or lack of) that you like.
