Sizzler recipe?
I often wonder how chefs are making sizzlers! Any members over here will help me by giving a good sizzler recipe of any kind? thanks in advance!

This is a different kind of sizzler tried out with good result.
Eggetarian sizzler

This is combination of egg preparations served on a bed of crispy fried spinach.
Ingredients-> for the sizzler base - 400 gm of spinach washed and cut into tiny pieces, oil for frying, egg chops, 2 boiled eggs, 2 boiled potatoes, 2 pieces of bread slices, 1/4 tsp of roasted cumin seeds powder, 1/4 tsp of red chilly powder, oil for deep frying, salt to taste.
Method

Peel and mash the potatoes. Shell the eggs and leave those whole. Dry grind the bread crumbs in the mixer to obtain crumbs. Mix the bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, salt and the spices and mix well.
Divide this mixture into two portions. Grease your palms and take one portion of the potato mixture and spread it on your palm. Place a boiled egg on the potato mixture and fold the egg from all sides with the potato mixture.
Do the same for the other egg.
Heat oil in fry pan and deep fry the egg chops one at a time till golden and crispy. With a sharp knife, cut into two pieces lengthwise and serve.
