Since the incidence of male breast cancer is increasing, shouldn't males have mammography exams on a regular basis? Are there guidelines?

No need to go for regular mammography . rather checking symptoms daily i.e.. swelling or pain in the chest region or any secretions oozing out should rise the suspicion of breast cancer and that would be enough for males
