Plus size women deserve the opportunity to be sexy and participate in costume parties, role-playing, or any other activity for which costumes are appropriate. However, there is a discouraging trend of using smaller women to model plus size costumes. If you search for plus size costumes on the Internet, the majority of them are being modeled by smaller women.
Personally, I have neither the need nor desire to wear costumes, but I think the plus size model wearing the nurse outfit below looks lovely. She looks strong, fit, and sexy in her plus size costume.

As for your costume, it really depends what you want to be. Most of the costumes for women f I saw were lingerie-like, and I guess ir depends on in which way you're plus-sized and if you think you can wear it well..
