Should we have a jeopardy equivalent thing? I'm tired of all those questions....so Answers first would be good!

Tip for best answer: M$0.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

This idea is more in line with the social aspects of Mahalo that have made it popular in its first few days. It is likely that in the long run, if successful, Mahalo will be held up by its functional purpose: to get answers to questions.

An "answers first" scheme would be a humorous take on the typical "write the caption for this picture" method of comedy. While it would be funny and humorous, and possibly build up the social community on Mahalo, it would likely die off as Mahalo's user base gets larger.

So I don't expect to have my answer rated well at all, but my answer none-the-less is that it isn't a good idea for a permanent fixture on the Mahalo.

What is an alternative to Mahalo Answers for people who are tired of / don't like questions?

That is a neat idea. I'm not sure it would be feasible, though. It could be fun to try if the logistics wouldn't be too difficult.

May be one of those things that could be done on special occasions, like April Fool's Day.

I like your out of the box thinking!
