Shouldn't we be able to see every penny that goes into or out of our account?

I'd like to request that a more substantial system for tracking where the money is coming from and going be made available one day. Currently, I have a hole where about 30% of my Revenue cannot be accounted for. That makes it hard to track when I receive things like 'Answer of the Day' but I can't tell if it's been deposited anywhere?
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hello, I'm one of the interns here at Mahalo.

I think that is a fantastic recommendation. Right now, money is being transferred around the site and you don't know exactly where and from whom it is coming from.

It would be great to have a 'Mahalo Account' or possibly a 'Mahalo Budget' to track your resources.

Tim, I'm seconding your request - in particular:

A clear account of payment requests (or pending), payments sent (paid) and current account balance and perhaps total all time tips earned (which is in fact the only balance that I see)

I'd like to be able to 'drill' down on that total MD$ tips earned number to see the history of what makes that up! Would be a nice feature.

Thanks for asking, Mahalo :)

Right now you should be able to see all your tips in your profile section. It would be nice to have some more details of the accounting like history of requested payments.

There are more things than tips though, like the $ from Tasks.

I agree... this would be great if we could see exactly where all the money is coming from... Mahalo always listens lets hope they see it the way we do.

yes. I bet the wise and talented programmers at Mahalo are busy working on all kinds of software things. If you have specific questions, write to them at feedback@mahalo.com

this is a complicated system, yes. I would have to venture a guess that certain money amounts are updated in "batch runs" at various times... so numbers are not always the same on all parts of the Mahalo website... si?

I've done that in the past, but I've never received an answer, so that doesn't fill me with more confidence.
