Should Sean Penn go to jail?

I doubt Sean Penn will do jail time. He's got the money, and some, for more than competent representation. If his legal team hasn't bargained their way out of a trial by now, I suspect they're working on it, or they have no fear that a trial will result in jail time.

M$I know that "THEY" say that your prior record will not have any effect, but I do not believe that. I feel that a policeman, judge or any other authority person can ly or say whatever they want to. I am living proof of that !!

M$Heh,,,I haven't showered in 3 days. If someone attempted to take my picture solely to make my current nastiness their profit I'd want to knock their heads too.

Good points, but do you believe he deserves to go to jail or get off the hook? They are going to trial, so does that mean you think the courts will overlook his priors, and focus on this as an isolated incident?
