Should people be paid for interviews?

Does paying a person like this affect whether you believe them or not? Would it surprise you if some or all of what she said was a lie?
People with little or nothing to offer can become famous overnight by "revealing the details" of alleged affairs (hello Tiger Woods), despite have no proof at all. Does it seem fair that they might be rewarded for this?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

No, I do not feel that someone should be getting paid to tell "their story" for we still do not have any proof.I have said a million times I do not feel that this is anyone else's business.

M$The interviewer wanted publicity and attention for themselves. McGee wanted publicity and attention for herself. It's hard to swallow this when some of us work so hard on preparing for interviews, lose sleep and are lucky to get even one job offer after the long and tedious process and that trahy skank got 30,000 bucks just to reveal her stupid affair. I despise that woman and this is what I will offer her. (see pic)
