Should Match.com be sued because one member physically attacked another?

Tip for best answer: M$2.50
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

No - I feel this should be treated exactly like going to a bar, or just meeting people in general you have to use your best judgement. It's not match.com's fault.

NO. For crying out loud! The attacker should be held responsible for the attack. Match.com is just a venue and should not be held responsible for anti-social members.
