Should John Paulson be charged by the SEC?
He bet against the very securities he helped to create with Goldman Sachs, but wasn't involved in representing or selling them to investors. What do you think? Did he make money honorably? If not, what should happen to him? For now, it seems that the case is civil only rather than criminal, though he's still not a defendant.

I think there's so much going on behind the scenes right now that the general public doesn't really know the whole story. But his defense could align with that of gun makers-they make the product not commit the murders. The SEC and Lawyers will disect and then find the facts to charge him if possible and then look at the greater good.
