I don't believe in putting people who fail to pay child support in jail. Why? Because then they can't earn money to pay that child support! I think home arrest is a much better idea--giving them the ability to head to work and pay the money they owe.
Since he played for Chicago Bulls, doesn't he have a pension? I think the judge should seize that pension and apply it to the necessary child support.
