Should I try a chemical-free diet for optimum health?

What kind of diet is the best if I want to maximize my physical and mental wellness? Are there less doctor visits by people who eat an all natural diet?

The truth is an all natural diet isn't actually as good for you as you'd think. Our bodies actually need some of the stuff in non-natural food. The best way for you to reach optimum physical and mental wellness is to change your lifestyle. Try a balanced diet, lots of veggies and fresh fruit, less fat and carbohydrates, lots of protein. Cut down on sweets and other things with sugar.

Exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes. Exercise not only helps you to get healthy and lose weight if you need to but it also helps your mood. You will see a change in your overall mental state by doing these things because the good food and exercise will help your brain to release more serotonin (the happy hormone). It's really not hard to make this change in your life and once you get going it'll be like second nature to you. You will feel so much better you won't ever want to go back to what you were doing before.
