Should I know what 'ustream' is? Do I need to download something else for this?

Ustream is a service that allows people to stream video live from their webcams. Ustream also has a chat room, etc.
You do not need to download any extra software to use Ustream - it's all in the browser. If you're planning on broadcasting, you'll need a webcam. If not, then all you need is a web browser and internet access!
