should I call the employer back after an interview,if I was told that they will call everyone when a decision is made
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hi there,
When was your interview? Did your prospective employers tell you by when they would contact all the candidates with an answer?
If not, then I would say phone them about a week after your interview to enquire about the status of your application. Be sure to be polite though.
It's also a good idea to thank them for the interview opportunity when you call. You could bring up something positive from the interview and emphasize how eager you are to work for their company. Such an interaction may refresh their memory of your interview and keep you clear in their minds as they make their decision.
Good luck!
