which is better， iphone touch or iphone mp4?

i find some iphone mp3 (links:http://www.eleczilla.com/mp3-and-media-players/ipod-series.html)which i want to buy,but i want to

ask a few questions before this buy:
which has more functions?
what's the more functions?
and the price?
what price is suitable for each?
........

I think the iphone touch is 10 times better. With an ipod touch youcan get up to 64Gb $399 and 8Gb for $199, you cant beat that.
