It looks like both those companies ship internationally...wasn't able to find a Canadian company all that similar to those two quirky companies. Looks like Busted Tees is interested in better customer service when it comes to int'l shipping according to the below blog post.
Otherwise I get a lot of vintage t-shirt-type stuff from good ol' eBay...as long as you're dealing with an individual who has a track record and a good approval rating you should be able to coordinate as to the best shipping method for you...
