Where can I buy a heart-shaped glass vase w/cork that is 4 to 7 inches tall?

I am looking for a clear (no color) heart-shaped glass vase with a corked top for a wedding sand ceremony. We like the heart and stand of this one:

It could also be a freestanding heart, with a flat base like this one:
