Bought slippers from Sears, it fell apart and are one month old. If I don't have the bill, can I still ret

I had a pair of balarina slippers from your wish book I got them for christmas they are only one month old they are leather they had beads sewn on them first the beads fell off then the slippers fell apart where the beads were sewn on and the souls are also comiong off

According to the official Sears return policy
"Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the
original packing slip, and the sears.com Order Confirmation E-mail
Receipt within 90 of the purchase. A 15% restocking fee applies to most
purchases."
