looking 4 programmer/designer team long term pretty knowledgable in web 2.0 and that will work on site revenue. If intrested please respond.

Right now I have a team of 7 members however the work load has become extemely much for them for the new product comparison / social networking site we are building and I am looking for new members for my team I can talk with on a daily basis through MSN or some type of chat. My only issue now is that you will not make any money until the site starts generating some revenue which will not be for at least 3 months so this would be some type of investment by you as well. I will write up a hard copy agreement and send it to you by mail if needed so you are covered that you will receive a % we decide on so you know you are covered. Um... I think it's not a good idea to tell everyone here your bank account is in overdraft
