I'd start by searching locally for a new backpack. Many department stores and shopping malls have a wide selection of back to school merchandise including backpacks.
I'm usually a fan of shopping online for the best price, but choosing a backpack that fits you properly is important. A backpack that doesn't fit properly can really hurt you. Check out this guide on how to choose a backpack for school. This will help you figure out which backpack is right for you.
Once you figure out which backpack is best, Amazon.com has very good prices on back to school backpacks. Don't forget to check out the websites of folks who make backpacks, many of them sell directly to customers online. Companies like The North Face and Crumpler have full e-commerce stores that often run discounted sales.
Good luck finding a backpack!

first search the internet for the best backpack sites. once you have located the sites then start comparing the back packs you wish to purchase . you can come to your conclusion of the back you wish to desire by comparing customers reviews about the products. if your a picky person u can look for reviews on the style, durability, material, size etc i would recommend these two sites you cannot go wrong with these two sites WWW.ZAPPOS.COM anD WWW.EBAGS.COM. you can also check www.amazon.com

If you have Sam's Club or can get in for a free one day pass try them. They have Swiss Army backpacks same as the brand Swiss Army Knives. Look not in back to school but by the regular back back section. $30 which is a lot but it will last a good 10 years. And it is insulated for a back pack. I tote mine every single day and it gets bounced a lot. It also rides the security belt at work and never ever has an issue.
