Regular U. S. Postal service can do it.

You just need to find a seller who is willing to do the paperwork. And the paperwork is not difficult to do.

I live in Costa Rica and have to look for ebay sellers that are willing to ship internationally.

The mail forwarding businesses are a racket and there is a lot of fraud warnings about them on the internet.

a) Find a friend in USA with shipping address who can re-ship the item to you in Sri Lanka.

b) Use the virtual US address service./ mail forwarding service Provided by many operators. They provide US shipping address, receive the packages on your behalf and re-ship them to you.

What i would advise you to do in the future before buying any product from an online company find out if they would ship the item to your country. Always contact a sales rep and verify that they do ship to your country. If they do not from my personal experience you have ONE option that u can use to get the product ship to your country.
1. Let the company ship the product to a relative or a friend that lives in America and then let the relative or friend ship the product to you.

That way u can avoid paying a lot of duty on the product, your relative or friend can indicate that the product is a gift and also remove the price tag(s) etc from the product.

If your buying from ebay you should have no problem getting your item. Most ebay sellers provide international shipping. as i stated before u still need to check if the seller will ship the product to your country. Although ebay seller indicate that they provide international shipping some countries do not apply. ALWAYS CHECKED WITH THE SELLER OR THE COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY SHIP THE PRODUCT(S) TO YOUR COUNTRY AND U CAN MAKE YOUR DECISION FROM THAT POINT.

USPS can do it, if you are in doubt go trough DHL. Be sure to have a commercial invoice for customs.
