You have two options, one of them which is realistic.
The first, most realistic one, is online.

To have the best quality it would be better to actually go to Guatemala, as most of the blanket makers do not have internet access to sell their products online.
Your next best bet to get authentic blankets which tourists brought home would be on ebay, but they would be secondhand (most of the time).
