First of all, think about the colour which suits you best and which you like. Then decide what length you want to wear. What shoes do you have, or will you buy shoes to match. Then you must decide. Do you want to look elegant, Stylish, trendy, flirty etc...
Write these things down on paper and also the price you are prepared to pay.
Once you have all these questions answered take the answers to a good quality shop and ask the sales woman to help you. Take a Parent or a close relative as well and someone who you trust to give you an honest evaluation of the choices you make. Don't rush it. If you don't find it immediately, go somewhere else.
