Do you know of any shoes that are made in America?

With the exception of some New Balance models? Or perhaps at least made in Europe?

I found a webiste that has a list of many US shoes.  I know SAS shoes are very good and last FOREVER!  Here is the website.http://www.usstuff.com/shoes.htm
