The Better Business Bureau has a good site that lists many online business and whether or not they are trustworthy.

I have checked the BBB site and do not see the "Gold Guys USA" listed.

My advice to you is to avoid the Internet and go to a local pawn shop. It is too easy to get scammed online. A local shop is in your
community, you are more likely to get value for your money, they are highly regulated to make sure they do not get
stolen items, if you are scammed there's a real person involved that
you can accuse. The Internet is very easy to get ripped off and have no
one to accuse to get your money back. And even though you can technically file a police report for Internet crime, local law enforcement is not usually willing to do this (personal experience with an identity theft situation).
