put the words hip flask in the search box when you go to http://www.amazon.com and you will see options of departments on the left. Some above are from the Sporting category, some are from Home & Garden. To see fancier ones with photos on them starting from $14.95 click on Apparel. Once you click on a category see the box at the top right hand corner and select price lowest to highest to see the cheapest ones first. If you look carefully, you will see maybe even cheaper prices on used flasks - I only included links to new ones in this answer as I thought they were inexpensive enough and it is safer to get a new one.

amazon.com doesn't have only cheap products fyi, take a look at this one, made by a company that makes other products for elderly and disabled people:

You can find cheap hip flasks all over the web. Cheap is a pretty relative term, though I think I can scrounge up a few options for you.

This $14.99 Ultra Slim Hip Flask is nothing fancy or ornate. Pretty generic as far as flasks go. But the price is right! It's 1/2" thick, so it won't inhibit your walking and holds 2 oz. of fluid.

In comparison to that one, this 8 oz Flask is pretty chunky at a 3 and 3/4ths inch width, but at only $8.99, the extra bulk might be worth the smaller price. Hey, it does at least hold more liquor, even if it's not as sleek.
