Here is my favorite pasta salad recipe, artichoke pasta salad. It's easy and yummy, and you can make it with any type of pasta.
To prepare the salad you need uncooked rotini pasta, Italian salad dressing, pepperoni or salami, onion, Monterey Jack cheese, dill, hard boiled eggs, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and cherry tomatoes. Prepare the pasta according to the package directions, then combine with the rest of the ingredients. It's best chilled overnight.
