You can probably predict this, but here it is anyway. Buy her some beer! I used to recommend Dixie Crimson Voodoo for Valentines Day, but they haven't made any since Hurricane Katrina. Maybe she'd like Sam Adams Cherry Wheat. Anyway, get her to put those beer goggles on.

If you've tried this before and she just doesn't like beer, Spumante is next best.

Try something traditional. Like a dozen roses. It's too late for you now, but once I went to the florist two weeks in advance and placed a special order. The first day, the florist delivered a single red rose. The second day, the florist delivered two red roses. The third day, the florist delivered four red roses. The fourth day, the florist delivered eight red roses. The fifth day, was Valentine's Day, and the florist delivered a dozen red roses. All of these roses were delivered to the school where she worked. Cost me a lot, but this got me a lot good lovin'.
