There are no motorcycle rentals in Malta, and everyone who has been there advises against it anyway. There are 125cc scooters, but nothing stronger.
The roads are very shiny, and become extremely slippery when wet. There are also many potholes, so driving a bike there is really inadvisable. If you rent a bike, be aware you will have to make evasive actions regularly.
