I know where I would start. I found a really excellent master mechanic in Dallas. We own our two vehicles outright, but they are high mileage - therefore we depend on an honest auto guy.
Call Bob or Jeff at Brakes and More Discount Auto Repair, Inc in Richardson at 972-783-6340. I do not believe they do body work, but they are straight up honest and have been working in the area for a long time.
