What about all the prizes when someone forgets to cash winning tickets?

When there are prizes left over after some sort of raffle due to no one claiming the prize, the prize can just be sold or reused. Depending on what the people who did the raffle want to do, the prize can either be kept for a later competition, sold somewhere outside of he raffle, or if it is a cash prize or something similar, it can be divided between all the people in the raffle.
