When you contact the management company the best approach is to know every aspect of the country group that you are selling, the market you feel they will work best in, and the responses from the audience that the group has received so far.
I would suggest to do a web page for the group to show that the group does have a fan base, put some of thier songs on rhapsody ( leave it there for a week and advertise locally so the company can go back and see that they do have a fan base), and set up a time for a meeting.
