The 2004 Dodge Stratus had several different options that make narrowing down your specific car a little difficult without seeing the vehicle but an educated guess tells me you likely have the ES for the following reasons.
~ The V6 is only available in the ES and R/T models
~ The R/T comes with either a manual transmission or an Autostick (automatic that allows you to manually shift if you wish)... The ES is the only normal automatic V6 in the lineup.

Need help identifying Car Make 2004 Dodge Stratus ES? SE? SXT? R/T?
So the manual that came with the car isn't specific on what model I have. And I would like to know what model I have so I can buy maintenance parts for it online.
This is the information I am confident in:
2004
Dodge
Stratus
4 Door Sedan
6cyl engine
automatic trans
Stuff I would like to know:
Model, ES? SE? SXT? R/T?
Thank you in advance.

That is correct. The Autostick would have the option to shift the stick to the side and manually shift up and down between gears.
