Once you submit a new website to Google for indexing, how long does it take before the site appears in Google search results?

I just launched my new company and website (www.biosecureusb.com) and I have submitted my URL and sitemap to Google and verified I am the site owner. But Google has not yet crawled my site to index the contents, so my site does not appear in Google search results. How long will Google take to index my site?

There is no definite time for your website to appear on Google search results, esspecially for new sites. It all depends on the popularity of your site, or so-called PageRank. PageRank will determine the position of your site in search results and the frequency Google will crawl your site. The higher your PageRank, the more valuable your site is to Google and they would want your website to be included as soon as possible.

The simplest way to increase your PageRank is to get people to link to your site. Another way is to try search engine optimization (SEO) services. See http://seo.biz.tm/ for a list of service providers.

Hope this helps.

the answer of this question is depend what kind of SEO strategy you use for Google indexing. there is lots of way to improve your site ranking on google search. first of all you have 2 choose perfect keyword for your site which can get traffic for your site. and one more thing is that its keyword density of your site.
my option is that is improve your keyword density then submit your URL in Web directory list and after that submit Your URL in various social bookmarking site.
but don't take any software help for this work because it will not create good result. for this do manual submission this strategy produce good result for your site.
after this it will take only 24 hours for indexing.

I think you'd best to make your site as good as possible before submitting it to Google. I submitted mine on day 1 and got indexed the day after. But since it was work in progress and it kept changing end going off/on-line in the following weeks, Google stopped checking. Then it took several weeks before the final version got indexed again

Same with Bing, I had a problem with my sitemap for weeks and now they don't check anymore, last crawl was beginning of May.

First finish the work, then submit it.

It could take up to 3 months.

But there are faster methods of getting your website indexed in Google.

Getting a few links from other sites that are frequently crawled by the google spider is the fastest method

Hi Taffy71. I was asking the same question when I was starting my blog and my website. Well, the answer is not exact enough.

Google has a crawler robot called google-bot, which crawls millions of sites everyminute to deliver the best results to each keyword that you type in the search box.

Here's the tips. If your site or blog is still new, the fastest time Google will put you in the search index is about a week. But it does not meaning that google has not crawl your site within that period.

Google-bot may crawl your site at the instant your publish your first post, but it takes time for the algorithm to figure out how much keywords density, how relevant your content and how good is your site's "search -engine friendliness".

Thus, it is crucial to have a website design that is Google-friendly. You need to learn more about search engine optimization or SEO strategy to get your site listed in Google search as soon as possible.

Check your page Meta data, robot text, and stuff. Write a good content but unique. Change your permalink of your site into more human-readable format such as creating a link like amazon.com/buy-adidas-shoes, so that people will know that they will be directed to a page listed with Adidas shoes.

If you need more help on SEO, read a blog from this guy at www.dailyseoblog.com. You may find your answers there!

Goodluck Taffy71.
