Direct them to Indeed.com? Why would users visit Job Tarzan when you are just displaying Indeed.com's results with your own google ads?
You aren't actually hosting or posting any of the jobs, your website is basically just a search engine of another website with actual results.
To improve your website you have to ask yourself, What can I do to make my website unique, and useful, because from what I can see its it's nothing more then a pain for users to have to through an additional source to get to what they are looking for.
You also have no Contact information, no About section and your blog link is dead.
