I just tend to write my own content myself
You'll find that if you stay on topic, your conent will naturally contain the right mix of keywords and LSI words required to rank well.
Search engine optimization I am finding is more about how good your content is than number of keywords in paragraph and stuff like that
Granted keywords in title and in URL is important, but the quality and update frequency of your content is critical
