They were a significant people living in the northwest of Arabia, and were said to be brothers of the Shebanites (as in... the Queen of Sheba).
They did lots of caravan trading, which is why they get mentioned a lot in ancient histories.
Today, their name is found in the ruins of Daidan, which is close to Teima.
