Dark is actually the absence of light, meaning that it moves at the same speed at which light is retracting. So, if one were to have a completely dark room except for having a flashlight on, then switched the flashlight off, it would disappear at a rate of about 186 thousand miles per second (Just under 300 million meters per second).

If the last light were leaving an area, then it would be proceeding at the speed of light. The dark could be said to follow behind at exactly the same speed. However, that is not a very useful concept as dark is not something in itself and other light could be entering the area.
