The strong force acts only on quarks and the strong force carrier (gluon).
The electroweak force acts on quarks as well as leptons, which includes more normal everyday stuff like electrons.
The strong force can only be measured indirectly in particle accelerators and whatnot, but the electroweak force can be measured with tools you can buy at Radio Shack (e.g., a multimeter). Obviously, there are more sophisticated tools too (since it's hard to measure the electroweak force involved with leptons like muons).
The final force, gravity, can, of course be measured with a bathroom scale or a rock and a stopwatch.

What is the difference between the strong force and weak force? Where can each force be found and how can they be measured?
How did scientists measure the force levels of the strong and weak force?
Why is it important that the strong and weak force remain constant in the Universe?
